Hire Purchase/Conditional Sale

• Deposits from just 5%
• Repayment periods can range from 18 to 60 months
• Secured only against the vehicle
• Full ownership passes to you, the customer, with the final payment

Please note: individuals, sole traders & partnerships, where the amount financed is £25000 or under, are protected by the Consumer Credit Act.

Leasing

• Suitable for VAT registered businesses
• All the benefits of use without ownership costs
• 50% of VAT on rentals is recoverable
• Rentals can be offset against taxable profits (subject to restrictions on more expensive cars)

Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)

• Deposits from just 5%
• Repayment periods can range from 24 - 48 months
• You can defer the lump sum payment / balloon payment

This is calculated at the outset dependent on term and annual mileage

• Lower monthly payments
• Flexible

At the end of the agreement you may either return the car OR pay the lump sum OR part exchange the vehicle using any equity towards another vehicle/deal

Contract Hire

• Suitable for VAT registered businesses
• Contracts from can range from 2 - 5 years
• Initial rentals may require just three months' deposit (possibly even one month)
• The funder takes risk of the residual value
• Lower monthly rentals than other finance types
• Maintenance agreements may be added
• 50% of VAT on rentals is recoverable (100% of maintenance rental element)
• Rentals can be offset against taxable profits (subject to restrictions on more expensive cars)
• Helps budgeting vehicle/staff costs.
